Mock Election Ballots
All ballots contain the same questions and possible responses. Use the hand-tally ballot if you will not be using an OMR machine to count your ballots.

There are two possible ways to process the Mock Ballot with an OMR machine. You can use a ballot form or a survey form. A Mock Ballot and vote reporting form (coming soon) has been created for each. Please use the appropriate forms with the appropriate ballot. OMR forms can be purchased from www.pearsonNCS.com, www.scantron.com, or other sites.
Ballot Form: You will need to find a ballot form that allows for at least 54 candidates, or a survey form that allows for at least 5 response choices and at least 15 questions.
