The SECRETARY OF STATE is head of elections, audits, and record keeping and:
- • Supervises all state and local elections
- • Audits accounts of all state boards, commissions, and agencies
- • Keeps state records and registers corporations and trademarks
- • Along with Governor and Treasurer, oversees management of state lands
