📨 New Member Question Reminders
New members who haven’t answered their League’s registration questions will now receive an email reminder three days after joining encouraging them to log in and complete them.
đź“‹Â Additional Portal Updates
Several other improvements were recently added:
A Do Not Call option is now available from the three-dot menu on member records and will appear in roster exports.
The join form now notes that members must be at least 16 years old to join as voting members.
Contributions should now sort correctly by date.
State League exports of local League members now include a Last Renewal Date column.
💳 Stripe Fraud Protection & Radar
Stripe is making changes to its Radar fraud-protection plans, and Leagues should review their individual Stripe accounts.
Radar Lite, Stripe’s free fraud-protection tier, is already active and is generally sufficient for typical membership dues transactions.
Stripe is offering a paid Standard tier, but Leagues can decide individually whether they need the additional protection.
Important:Â Stripe is automatically moving accounts to the paid Standard tier after the trial period unless they opt out.
Leagues that don’t want the paid option should review their Stripe Dashboard and opt out before charges begin.
