🔄 Auto-Renewals Now Process on Expiration Date

Based on League feedback, auto-renewals will now process on a member’s expiration date instead of one year from the date of payment. Members who have already received a renewal notice under the previous system will renew on the date provided in that notice, but all future auto-renewals will follow the member’s expiration date.

🛠️ Additional Portal Updates

Several additional improvements were made in response to League feedback:

• The term "webmaster" has been updated to "web manager."

• New member notifications no longer indicate whether a membership was League-subsidized, and 90-day expiration reminders for subsidized memberships are now sent only to presidents, treasurers, and membership chairs.

• A brief issue causing new members to appear as renewals in notification emails has been resolved.

• The Recent Member Updates screen now supports exporting data.

• State League leaders now have access to the Events and Recent Member Updates features for local Leagues.
