🛠️ Planned Portal Maintenance

The Member Portal will be temporarily unavailable for planned maintenance on Thursday, July 30, from 5:00–6:00am PT.

🔧 Join/Renew Form Issue

An issue affected join/renew forms where the League name was automatically populated, preventing members from selecting a dues amount. ChapterSpot identified a fix. In the meantime, members can work around the issue by removing the pre-filled League name and selecting it again from the dropdown.

🔐 Login Changes to Reduce Duplicate Records

The login process has been updated to help prevent duplicate member records:

• If someone enters an email the system doesn't recognize, they'll now be prompted to sign up or try another email rather than automatically creating a new record.

• Members can now add multiple email addresses under Profile → Security, allowing both personal and League emails to be associated with the same account.

• Members can log in using either associated email while designating one email to receive portal communications.

🔄 Auto-Renewals & Other Recent Updates

A few recent portal improvements are also worth remembering:

• Auto-renewals now process on the member’s expiration date rather than the anniversary of their original payment.

• “Webmaster” has been replaced with “web manager.”

• The Recent Member Updates screen can now be exported.

• State League leaders can access Events and Recent Member Updates for local Leagues.
